Had a great time with my group of friends experiencing breathtaking hikes in Comapedrosa and Sorteny Nature Parks. The hotel's location made it easy to explore local culture and indulge in delicious food. We enjoyed relaxing evenings over pool games or TV, making it a fun getaway.

Although our stay was enjoyable, parking was an issue. It was limited, and we struggled to find a spot which added some stress to our visit.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main shopping area and very close to the Caldea Spa. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely layout that suited our needs perfectly. Although breakfast had options, the selection for vegan diets was somewhat limited, requiring us to look elsewhere for more satisfying meals.

the location of sercotel is great, situated right near the one-way system in town. the breakfast offers a full continental spread, which is nice. the staff were friendly and able to help with forfait purchases, making things easier during our stay.

The location of Sercotel Delfos Andorra is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. The rooms felt spacious, perfect for our needs, and the beds were impressively comfortable. However, there were significant issues we faced. Parking was described as included in our stay, but it was not available upon arrival, forcing us to deal with nearby paid options at an extra cost. When I inquired about the WiFi, it was mostly non-functional, which posed a problem for our evening work commitments. I also found it quite frustrating that we had booked three double rooms but received only two, leaving us in a tight spot. The front desk staff could have been much more helpful, as they seemed unaware of how to assist with our parking and WiFi issues. Although the communal areas were decent, the overall condition of the rooms appeared quite dated, lacking the shine expected from a four-star establishment. A little attention to updating the facilities and improving service procedures could greatly enhance the guest experience here.
